The family room at this guest house was spacious and great value for money. The little details like rusks with tea and coffee and a box of milk were much appreciated. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We loved staying here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a secure parking lot and modern, clean rooms. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which provided plenty of fuel for exploring the nearby attractions. Additionally, this hotel is located on the edge of town, making it easy to get around and visit everything we wanted to see.

The spacious room and spotlessly clean family room was ideal for a city getaway. The breakfast prepared each morning was freshly made and delicious, with extra touches like home-baked rusks. The location was perfect for our visit to the local school.

The thin walls of the room meant we could hear our neighbour's conversations and TV. The absence of net curtains or glazed glass in the bathroom didn't provide much privacy, and there were no bedside tables for drinks, which meant we had to climb out of bed to get water during the night.

We had a delayed arrival and the host, Willie, was extremely understanding and waited for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated and matched the pictures perfectly. The homemade rusks were a delicious touch. Willie and his wife were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even ironing my husband's clothes upon request. Madeliefie Guest Accommodation will definitely be my choice for future visits to Cape Town. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Honestly, the only thing we wished for was a lit party scene. We had such a blast exploring the area, but it would have been sick to have some young party vibes at the place.

The position of the television in the loft room made it difficult for the person closest to the door to enjoy TV. Rooms facing the main road may experience some traffic noise.
